Observations on Oprah's refusal to interview Palin

It's interesting how some liberal news hosts say that Sarah Palin is afraid to do interviews with them, and now it seems like Oprah is afraid to interview her!  I wonder why.  Maybe it is because The Oprah Winfrey Show is broadcasted before a live audience, and the liberal news stations can't "edit" the interview to their liking!  They won't be able to distort what Sarah says, and who she is, by using their "cut-and-paste" technique.

Here is what I would say to Oprah:

"You have built your television show, and entire media empire on the premise that you support honoring the accomplishments of all women, and that you believe in fairness and impartiality.

It has now come to light that you will not interview Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin. You claim that you do not want your show to be used "as a platform for any of the candidates." Yet you invited Barack Obama to appear on your show -- then endorsed him for President.

I am sorry to learn that you are not the advocate for all women that you claim to be. Your refusal to interview Palin can mean only one thing – you put Obama's interests ahead of the interests of your viewers.

I urge you to reconsider your decision."

Send a Letter of Encouragement to Sarah!

With all the unrighteous attacks against Sarah Palin in the liberal media, you can make a difference by writing a letter of encouragement at the link below!

Also, you can write a letter to Oprah as well, as she refused to interview Sarah Palin.  Oprah claimed she does not want her show to be used "as a platform for any of the candidates."  Yet she invited Sen. Barack Obama to appear on her show and then endorsed him for President.  Send a letter to Oprah to point this out to her, by clicking on this link.

ABC's Gibson wrong about "Bush doctrine" in interview with Palin

There is no single meaning of the Bush doctrine. In fact, there have been four distinct meanings, each one succeeding another over the eight years of this administration -- and the one Charlie Gibson cited is not the one in common usage today.
He asked Palin, "Do you agree with the Bush doctrine?"
She responded, quite sensibly to a question that is ambiguous, "In what respect, Charlie?"

Gov. Sarah Palin & the Left's Religious Bias

"...after last night’s stunningly distorted interview with Governor Palin on ABC – stunningly distorted because of one particular set of questions, which I want to spend my time explaining and putting in context..."
